Iride is an Italy based company and complies with Italy consumer law. This means that shopping with Iride is safe. You won’t get ripped off, you’ll get your parts and we’ll sort out any problems you have.
You have the right to cancel an order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched, (see Returns) up to 10 days from receipt.


Returns policies are designed to protect you when buying items by Mail Order. We offer a flexible returns policy and are happy to accept items back for a refund or exchange if they don’t fit, you’ve ordered the wrong things, the items are damaged or faulty upon receipt or you simply don’t like what you’ve ordered.

Goods must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.

New Items – Iride Errors
Believe it or not we do make mistakes on the odd occasion! If we have sent you a part which is different to what is listed on your invoice we will be happy to make an exchange and pay your first class postage costs for returning the item.

Goods must be returned within 10 days of receipt.
Goods must be in original packaging.
Goods must not be fitted or used.

You will have to pay the post office to return the goods but we will refund these costs to your card.

We can only refund the cost of standard Mail or Standard Parcels for larger items. These are both standard services at the Post Office and should arrive within a few days.
You may send goods back to us using Priority or Guaranteed services but we can only refund the approximate standard class postage cost.

Faulty, Damaged or Broken
All goods purchased from Iride are coved by a full warranty. The duration of this warranty is at least 1 year but some manufacturers offer extended warranty. Generally speaking, warranties cover manufacturing faults and defects but do not cover damage caused by crashing, abuse, general wear and tear etc. If you feel that the product you have purchased from Iride has developed a fault then please contact us before returning goods as many problems may be solved without you incurring postage costs.

If the goods need to be returned:
Goods must be clean, not covered in muck and oil.
Please be honest when dealing with us, we will try our best to resolve any problem you have as it is in our interest to have a happy customer!

You can pay by PAYPAL or with most major credit cards for online orders. PayPal is a simple, quick and secure way of paying online. All you need is a PAYPAL account or a Credit Card.

Postage & Delivery

We send the orders with Standard Delivery to most European destinations within 3-5 working days and Worldwide within 5-8 working days for small packages. Delivery times vary depending on where the goods are being sent to.

The cost of Standard Delivery is 10 Euro.
Non-Standard Delivery costs are indicated in the product details (for example for complete bikes).


Iride are committed to protecting your privacy. When you make an online order, we need to know your name, e-mail address, billing and delivery address. This allows us to process and fulfil your orders and to notify you about your order status. We will also require a land line telephone number in case we need to contact you and for international orders this number may be given to our couriers in order to help with the delivery of your goods. You have trusted us by giving us these details and Iride promise not to use these details for any other reason other than processing your order or informing you about the products and services of Iride. We will not pass any of your details on to third parties for profit or otherwise.


Cookies are tiny text files, which are stored on your computer and the Iride website uses these files to remember what currency you want to view the site in, what items are in your basket and various other things which are all in place to make the site easier to use. All shopping websites use cookies and without them the site would not work.

Stock Levels

Iride updates the availability of the entire stock list several times a day. Items that are ‘Out Of Stock’ will be displayed as such. In the rare event of a problem with availability of a product marked ‘In Stock’, we will contact you. You may then wish to cancel the order or wait until the item becomes available.
